One of the best ways to impress the commission is successful scientific work while still in school. In fact, participation in scientific conferences is very possible for any motivated student. But it is worth remembering that often an application for a decent level conference is required six months or a year before the conference itself, and the first portfolio is submitted to the university almost a year before admission. This approach aims to assess a participant's ability to engage and maintain enthusiasm for mathematics without becoming overly fatigued.
This offer extends to younger children eager to commence their journey in olympiad mathematics. For them, the three-hour session will be a combination of problem-solving, puzzles, mathematical games, and other engaging activities to gauge their interest without overwhelming them with excessive mathematical challenges.

As a scientist, from 2021 to 2025 I've worked as a Specialist in Operational Research at RAPT Smart Systems
I did 2 PhDs: first in applied mathematics (Methods of mathematical and imitational modelling of
local interaction processes in transportational system) at MIPT (2012 – 2016) and second in
Informatics (Machine Learning for the distributed and dynamic management of a fleet of
autonomous taxis and shuttle) at Université Paris-Saclay (2017 – 2021).
I believe that being a scientist is not only about developing new methods
and models, but also about sharing them with colleagues and the
community. It is one of reasons, why I share most of my books for free.
